This month’s wholesaler’s subgroup is all about the art of door-knocking to motivated sellers. There is a lot of money to be made using this technique, all you need is the know-how and your time. Join us this month to learn who to target, how to get the owner to open the door, and some conversation-starters that are sure to get the owner to engage with you. We’ll also share strategies for follow-up to help you close more deals.
