Dear Friends
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time to officially close the chapter on the LA South Real Estate Investors Association.
For the past 13 years, it has truly been my privilege to build and lead this community. What started as a local networking group became so much more—a place where investors learned, shared ideas, built partnerships, and, most importantly, formed lasting friendships. Watching so many of you grow your businesses and achieve your goals has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.
I want to sincerely thank every member, speaker, sponsor, volunteer, and guest who helped make this group what it became. Whether you attended one meeting or fifty, you were part of something special, and I’ll always be grateful for your support, your encouragement, and the friendships we’ve built along the way.
After spending nearly 25 years in the real estate investing world, I’ve realized that I’m ready for a new challenge. This season of my life feels like the right time to step outside my comfort zone, explore new possibilities, and see where the next chapter leads. I expect the new chapter will most certainly involve real estate, but possibly in a new capacity.
Another change I will be making is that I plan to relocate to Arizona around year-end. Living in the desert has always been a bucket-list item for me and I am thrilled to finally make this dream a reality.
Although I’ll no longer be organizing monthly meetings, real estate will always be an important part of my life. It has given me so much over the past two decades—not just professionally, but personally through the incredible people I’ve had the privilege of meeting. I fully expect to remain involved in real estate in one way or another, and I hope we’ll continue to stay connected.
You never know where the next opportunity or conversation may lead.
As this chapter comes to a close, I find myself feeling less nostalgic than grateful. Grateful for every handshake, every conversation after a meeting, every deal that was made because of a connection in the room, and every friendship that grew from this community. Those memories are something I’ll always carry with me.
Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your real estate journey. It has been an honor to serve this community, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds—not just for me, but for each of you as well.
