By member request, this month at the Wholesler’s Forum show you how to close more deals! That’s right, this month our topic is Making Multiple Offers. Join us to learn how to identify when multiple offers apply, how to construct multiple appeal offers, and how to present them to get a “yes”. Let’s face it: buyers like a choice. Learn to offer choices that solve their problems and you will absolutely close more deals in the new year!
