ADUs: Cashing in on California’s Biggest Gift to Investors

It’s been a few years since the CA state legislature passed ADU laws, impacting nearly every residential building lot in our state. What many investors weren’t sure of then – but know FOR SURE now – is what a GIFT all property owners had been given! Join ADU Expert and small housing champion, Florentine Christian, to unravel the wild, wild west of ADUs in CA! That’s right….since the movement is still very much in its infancy, there is a ton to unpack, demystify, and clarify regarding the DOs, DONTs, and resources for ADU investing.

Right now in CA, there is simply no other residential strategy that is nearly as consequential for investors as the production of ADUs. But, BE WARNED: Before you invest in your first unit, EDUCATE YOURSELF! There is A LOT to learn!

Join us on Monday to dig deep into the world of ADUs and learn how you can take advantage of the BIG GIFT we all have in our own backyard!
