LA South REIA is beginning a Fundamental Skill Series as a refresher for those whose skills are a bit rusty….or those who may be learning them for the first time. This month we will focus on the ART OF COMPING PROPERTIES. If not the most, it is certainly one of the most important skills an investor can master. It is the skill that is the difference between making some money on a deal, making a ton of money on a deal, or losing your shirt on a deal!
