Come join our investment consultants for our October meetup as we host an audience-led workshop putting you in the driver’s seat to determine DEAL OR NO DEAL. We bring the properties, we bring the guidance and direction, and you work in teams to work through the searches and analysis to find which buildings you would take a chance with.
We’ll use at least 3 live examples of buildings currently on the market for sale and challenge our members and guests to help us to determine if each might make sense and at what price. Come join us and learn how the pros do it!
This group meets on the 4th Monday of each month. Free for members, $15 for non-members.
