REED GOOSSENS, Multi-family Syndicator

Reed is an Australian transplant to Southern California who got his start in real estate in 2011 purchasing a small duplex for $38,000. Since that time, he has started the RSN Property Group, a multifamily syndication investing firm, which has been involved in the acquisition of over $60 mill worth of real estate. Reed has also developed a strong following through his podcast: Investing in the US – An Aussie’s guide to US real estate and has recently published a best-selling book about investing in the US.

CUTHBERTO RAMOS, Developer, Flipper & Financier

Berto began his journey in real estate when he joined the family business of flipping homes in 2000. Since that time he has gone on to master the art of portfolio construction and, along with his partner, Manny Marquez, has acquired nearly $40M of real estate in just the past few years. Berto and Manny are highly successful investors in southern California and manage a multi-million dollar fund that allows them to fix and flip houses to themselves that they hold as a rental portfolio.

JENNIFER FELTEN, Real Estate Attorney & Foreclosure Expert

Jennifer has been working in the real estate industry since 1993. Starting out in customer service at a title company, she worked her way into the escrow side of the business, where she worked as an escrow officer, manager and trainer. Jennifer’s commitment to the field of real estate includes obtaining her Certificate of Achievement from the California Escrow Association as well as the professional designations of both Certified Escrow Office and Certified Bulk Sale Specialist. She has been an active member of the Ventura County Escrow Association since 1997, serving as President in 1999. As the principal at RELAW, APC, she continues to use the knowledge and skills obtained as an escrow officer for the benefit of her clients.
