Struggling with your numbers? Need to brush up on your comping (ARV) skills?
Join us at Monday night’s Wholesale Forum for the COMP-etition Challenge! That’s right, we will spend some time discussing simple ways to comp properties AND put those skills to the test. Come ready to break out into small teams take on the challenge of comping the properties given to you. After you work on the exercise, be prepared to share your results and see how they stack up to the experts!
This subgroup promises to be FUN and INFORMATIVE. Bring laptops, tablets, or anything else you might find helpful. Prizes will be given, so come ready to COMP!
The Wholesale Subgroup is hosted on the 3rd Monday of each month by Lisa Hoegler.
POLICY CHANGE: This event is open to LA South REIA Pro Members only. First-time guests are welcome to attend for $20, paid at the door. Returning non-members will not be admitted.
